What this is
It is a conversation. That is not a coy way of describing the format. It is the actual mechanism.
Someone brings a thing they cannot get past. We talk. Somewhere in the talking we hit the sentence they have been living inside for twenty years without ever hearing it out loud. And then it moves.
You can bring yours. You can watch someone else's and find your own in it, which happens more often than you would think.
Why nothing has worked
You have read the books. You have done the work. Maybe you did the therapy, the retreat, the protocol, the plants.
Here is what we think is going on, after a lot of years of sitting with people. Underneath what you do is what you feel. Underneath what you feel is a story about who you are, written in a moment when you had less information than you needed than you have now.
Nobody changes at the top. Everybody tries to.
The story is not a metaphor. It is a sentence. And most people have never once heard theirs said out loud, because you cannot read the label from inside the jar.
Do I have to talk?
No. Most people watch for a few sessions before they say anything, and some never do.
Watching is not the lesser version. You will hear your own sentence in somebody else's mouth, and that lands differently than reading it in a book. That is most of why this works.
Why it is free
One. This is the work we would do anyway. It costs an hour, and it is the hour Jade likes most.
Two. We record these and use pieces of them, to teach, in content, in marketing. That is the trade, and it is what keeps the room free.

Jade has a private broadcast channel on Instagram. It's where he puts the identity work ... pieces of real sessions, the sentence somebody said that turned the whole room, the thing he keeps noticing across hundreds of these.
Two weeks is a long time to sit with something you just saw about yourself. The channel is what fills it.
